To form a company you will be required to go through some checks as required by the 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive. This process depends on some information about the company formation, as follows:

AML requirements. Before the company can be formed some checks will need to be run, which will require the following: - Photo upload of a valid identity document (Passport, Driving Licence, ID card) - Upload of a current photo of yourself - A small, non-refundable fee will be payable of £5.92 + VAT
The checks are performed online through a service provided by StackGO Results are usually returned within a couple of minutes. Where the online checks fail to either confirm your identity or return a positive result, we will be unable to progress the company formation.
